WEEKLY REFLECTION (8th Week)

Weekly Reflection (11/11/2024-15/11/2024)

This week marked the completion of the eighth week of my B.Ed. training, and it was a period of both challenges and growth. I experimented with different strategies to maintain discipline and keep the class focused. I found that positive reinforcement works well, but I still need to refine my ability to handle disruptive behaviors swiftly and effectively.
  In 12th November we conduct conscientization programme about 'Water Scarcity' on class 9th E. We firstly take permission from Head Mistress and conduct the programme. We discuss about the importance of water conservation. November 14th, Childrens day was celebrated in school. There is a special assembly was conducted and various programmes were conducted by the LP & UP students.

WEEKLY REFLECTION 7

WEEK 7 (3/2/2025-4/2/2025) The 7th week of my B.Ed training at GHSS Vallikeezhu School marked the conclusion of my time at the school, and it was a bittersweet experience. Looking back, this week has been filled with a mix of emotions excitement for the progress I’ve made, but also a sense of nostalgia as I reflect on the invaluable experiences I’ve gained during this training period. One of the highlights of this final week was the opportunity to consolidate everything I’ve learned over the past weeks. I was able to conduct a final lesson that I had planned and prepared in detail. Last day we get the seal on register from the head mistress and we thank to whole teachers who guide on our teaching path.

WEEKLY REFLECTION - 5th WEEK

Weekly Reflection (21/10/2024-25/10/2024) The fifth week of my B.Ed. school training has been both challenging and enriching. I had the opportunity to apply many theoretical concepts from my coursework in real classroom settings, and I also gained deeper insights into student behavior, classroom management, and teaching strategies.        Students were prepared for sub district level science exhibition and work experience. There is a vaccination was conducted in school on 22 October. Overall, this week has been a significant learning experience. I am gaining more confidence in my teaching abilities and understanding the complexities of managing a classroom.
